Semi-Private Training Sessions (small groups up to 5)

Need that extra edge before, during or
after your season? Single Training Sessions can be just what your
athlete needs to refine his/her skills before the big game. Single
training sessions are focused on either 1 full hour on the High Performance Running Treadmill, or an hour of Plyometric and Strength work. Other
options of focus are available upon request.
1 High Performance Running Treadmill Session with Video Analysis - $50
Take your Running Treadmill
session to the next level by incorporating a Video Analysis. We will video your running form for 20 seconds, and sit down with the athlete and parents
after to analyze various components of the stride we teach and strive to
perfect. We will give you an evaluation with important information of
your stride like t hat the athlete can keep to remind them where they need to focus extra training attention. With the video session,
athletes are able to "see" and understand how to maximize their running form and efficiency by taking themselves out of the moment and
dissecting their form to a better degree! The remainder of the session
will be utilized by beginning the muscle memory process of the correct
stride with the athlete as we take them through a series of running drills.
3 week program (9 sessions - 3x/week) - $250
Only have a month to kick it into gear?
This option is ideal for a quick tune up before or during the season, or
during the busy summer months. Athletes will spend 2 days a week
training on the High Performance Running Treadmill, and 1 day working on Plyometric and Strength work. **Note: 3 Week program must be completed within 5 weeks from program start date.
7 week program (21 sessions - 3x/week) - $499
Our best
off-season option, the 7 Week program ensures that the athlete will stay
committed, see results, and maximize the skills in the areas they need
it most. Studies have shown that for an athlete to see the "best" gains
in their muscle memory, skill retention, and athletic enhancement, they
must train 3x/week for a minimum of 6 weeks. We've added one week to
ensure each E>Trained athlete and their parents see the results they signed up for! Athletes
will spend 2 days a week training on the High Performance Running Treadmill, and 1
day working on Plyometric and Strength work. **Note: 7 Week program must be completed within 8 weeks from program start date.
1 Year Annual Membership (100 session max) - $1750
The best
option for any athlete, the Annual Membership gives the athlete 100
session to use throughout the training year. Load up your off-season
training with 3-4x/week and then taper to 1-2x/week during the season.
Athletes can sign up for any available Semi-Private training open time
slots. Use your membership to focus on different components of your game throughout the year by choosing your focus areas and build your own 7-week programs based on time of season. Every athlete who signs up for the Annual Membership will be periodically tested in certain athletic based tests to ensure progress is being made .The most cost efficient training package, this option lets your athlete train year-round for only $17.50/session! **Note: Annual Membership expires 1 year after program start date.
