Semi-Private Training Sessions (small groups up to 5)


1 Training Session - $30  (pay-per-time rate)
Need that extra edge before, during or after your season?  Single Training Sessions can be just what your athlete needs to refine his/her skills before the big game. Single training sessions are focused on either 1 full hour of Skating Treadmill work, or an hour of Shooting/Stickhandling and Plyometric work.  Other options of focus are available upon request.

1 Hockey Skating Treadmill Session with Video Analysis - $50
Take your Hockey Skating Treadmill session to the next level by including our one-of-a-kind 4 angle video analysis program into it.  We will video your stride for 30 seconds during one of your skates, and sit down with the athlete and parents after to analyze various components of the stride we teach and strive to perfect.  We will give you an evaluation with important information of your stride like: front knee bend angle, push off angle, recovery foot path, arm action, and many more key components.  With the video session, athletes are able to "see" and understand how to maximize their skating power and efficiency by taking themselves out of the moment and dissecting their form to a better degree!  The remainder of the session will be utilized by beginning the muscle memory process of the correct stride with the athlete as we take them through a series of skating drill and allow them to watch a slow-motion replay of their skates!

3 week program (9 sessions - 3x/week) - $250
Only have a month to kick it into gear? This option is ideal for a quick tune up before or during the season, or during the busy summer months.  Athletes will spend 2 days a week training on the Hockey Skating Treadmill, and 1 day working on Stickhandling, Shooting, and Agility (plyos). **Note: 3 Week program must be completed within 5 weeks from program start date.

7 week program (21 sessions - 3x/week) - $499
Our best off-season option, the 7 Week program ensures that the athlete will stay committed, see results, and maximize the skills in the areas they need it most.  Studies have shown that for an athlete to see the "best" gains in their muscle memory, skill retention, and athletic enhancement, they must train 3x/week for a minimum of 6 weeks.  We've added one week to ensure each E>Trained athlete and their parents see the results they signed up for!  Athletes will spend 2 days a week training on the Hockey Skating Treadmill, and 1 day working on Stickhandling, Shooting, and Agility (plyos).  Each 7-week program participant will be pre- and post- tested in skating, shooting, and stickhandling as well as video analyzed at the beginning and end of the program.  **Note: 7 Week program must be completed within 8 weeks from program start date.

1 Year Annual Membership (100 session max) - $1750
The best option for any athlete, the Annual Membership gives the athlete 100 session to use throughout the training year.  Load up your off-season training with 3-4x/week and then taper to 1-2x/week during the season.  Athletes can sign up for any available Semi-Private training open time slots.  Use your membership to focus on different components of your game throughout the year by choosing between one of our 5 areas of training or build your own 7-week programs based on the time of season.  Every athlete who signs up for the Annual Membership will be tested in skating, shooting, stickhandling, as well as video analyzed periodically throughout the year based on training frequency.The most cost efficient training package, this option lets your athlete train year-round for only $17.50/session!  **Note:  Annual Membership expires 1 year after program start date.

Team Training Sessions

120 Minute Team Training Session - 4 Trainers:
1-4 Sessions - $350/ea
5+ Sessions - $325/ea

          - Each team will rotate through four 30-minute stations.  Stations include: Skating Treadmill, Stickhandling, Shooting, and Plyometric Speed/Agility training
.  This program allows for the smallest trainer to athlete ratio. (MAX 24 Kids)

120 Minute
Team Training Session - 3 Trainers:
1-4 Sessions - $325/ea
 5+ Sessions - $300/ea
 

          - Each team will rotate through three 40-minute stations.  Stations include: Skating Treadmill, Stickhandling/Shooting, and Plyometric Speed/Agility training.
(MAX 18 Kids)

90 Minute Team Training Session - 3 Trainers:
1-4 Sessions - $275/ea
5+ Sessions - $250/ea

          - Each team will rotate through three 30-minute stations.  Stations include: Skating Treadmill, Stickhandling/Shooting, and Plyometric Speed/Agility training. (MAX 18 Kids)


60 Minute Team Training Session - 2 Trainers:
1-4 Sessions - $195/ea
5+ Sessions - $175/ea

          Each team will rotate through two 30-minute stations.  Stations may be any of the following: Skating Treadmill, Stickhandling/Shooting, and Plyometric Speed/Agility training. (MAX 12 Kids)

$150 Annual Fee

Includes:
Body Fat % and Lean Mass % Calculations
Nutritional Guidance based on Member's Goals
 5 Initial Personal Training Sessions (Groups up to 6)
Additional Training Sessions at Discounted Price of $20/hr (Groups up to 6)



* Payment is due in-full with registration prior to the start of any program.  E>Train will call to confirm registration and schedule athletes in 1 hour sessions.
